The first step is to understand your vision. We want to hear about your ideas, review your Pinterest boards, and get a general sense of scope for your wedding day. Once we receive your contact request, we will send you a questionnaire that is filled out online, and the results are then sent to us to review. We pride ourselves on responding to all client inquiries within 24 hours.
After we receive your questionnaire results, our owner Lucy will reach out to set up a consultation. During the consult we will talk more about your ideas for your wedding flowers and we will share our ideas with you. We will also discuss the set-up and planning aspects of your wedding, and hopefully decide to work together.
Once you book your date with House of Blooms, the fun begins! Most of our clients choose to add on a few key services that help to bring your big day together:
Custom Pinterest board to make sure the designers, owner, and client are on the same page about the design elements for your wedding flowers
On-site visit to your venue to make sure the designs make sense in your wedding location, and that set up on the day of your wedding goes smoothly
Champagne sample session with our owner Lucy where you and up to 3 guests see samples of the various floral designs for your wedding before the big day to guarantee the flowers are exactly how you envisioned
The House of Blooms Difference
Working so closely with our brides is what makes us stand out from other florists. We refuse to work at high volume, only accepting at most two weddings a weekend. This allows us to fully focus our resources and expertise on creating the perfect arrangements for your wedding.
We know that designing and delivering beautiful flowers is not our only job. Providing excellent customer service and quality control are fundamental parts of our business. This is why we offer additional add-on services like sample sessions, on-site visits, and custom Pinterest boards. We aim to give our brides every opportunity to truly envision their flowers before their wedding day, to make absolutely sure everything is done to their specifications.
Bringing It All Together
2-3 weeks before your wedding date we will have our final check in. The entire day is reviewed from top to bottom, from the photographer arrival time to the color of the tablecloths, no detail will be overlooked. Additionally, several points of contact will be established throughout your wedding party and venue staff so that there are no logistical or set up issues.
By the end of our process, all that is left is for you to prepare to be thrilled. Your vision paired with our expertise is guaranteed to leave you wowed on your wedding day.
